Proverbs 31:8-9 : "Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy."
With nearly 3 decades inside the Department of Justice and Homeland Security, I’ve enforced the law—and later helped define how it’s applied. Now I use that experience to fight for your rights.
Tim Moroney served nearly 30 years as a Federal Officer with the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security, including his final years as a Senior Paralegal Specialist for U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
His experience spans frontline enforcement, legal compliance, and petition review — the same processes everyday people struggle to navigate without insider guidance. Petition Guy was created to level the field and fight for those caught in the system.
